A full version of the Applicant & Employer Timeline for the ACE RMO 2025 Intake for the 2026 Training Year is available to download here.
The ACE RMO 2026 Intake for the 2027 Training Year dates will be available January 2026.
Employers may carry out the Children's Act (2014) safety checking process and other pre-employment processes in the week prior to the offer date.
ACE RMO Webinar Dates
The ACE RMO Digital Roadshow events are presented by all particpating districts via MS Teams webinars. Districts, RMO, and SMO representatives will present at each event and applicants will have the opportunity to ask questions live or via the chat function during the event.
The webinar schedule for 2026 will be confirmed within Q1 of 2026. 2025 Dates and times are shown below for reference.
Welcome to Health NZ Webinar
On 19 November 2025, a Welcome to Health NZ webinar was held for those graduating in 2025 and commencing work at a Health NZ hospital in January 2026. The purpose of the webinar was to introduce Prevocational Training as well as some employment matters such as rostering, run allocations and expense claims.
Unfortunately, there has been an issue with the recording of the 2025 Welcome to Health NZ webinar and we are unable to display it at this time.
